Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Asparagus

15 spears asparagus
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves sliced garlic
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Asparagus

  1. heat oil in a skillet

  2. chop of the ends of the asparagus (whitish parts)

  3. add garlic and asparagus to the oil saute for about 5 minutes or until they start to brown.

  4. add the sliced mushrooms cook until the asparagus starts to turn a dark brown, about anot3-5 minutes.

  5. salt only if you need to half the time I don't even add it.
