1 lb asparagus
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
5 olive oil spray

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Asparagus with Garlic

  1. In a large bowl, spray prepped asparagus with olive oil spray and combine with garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. Spray pan with olive oil spray.

  3. Heat pan on stove at medium/high heat.

  4. Cook the asparagus until it is bright green and still snappy (about 7 minutes), stirring occasionally for even cooking.

  5. Serve hot.
