Recipe Ingredients for Sautee cabbage and onion

2 tbsp oil
1/2 head cabbage
2 onions
1 irish potato
2 tsp salt
3 tsp garlic
3 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Sautee cabbage and onion

  1. Heat oil in skillet

  2. Cut up onion in slices.

  3. Add to skillet

  4. Cut up potato in cubes.

  5. Add to skillet

  6. Allow potato and onions to cook half-way, add water.

  7. Cut up cabbage in shredded form and add to skillet.

  8. Add seasonings.

  9. Cook until cabbage is cooked enough, but still have a slight crunch to it.
