Recipe Ingredients for Sauted Vegies

2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium raw Leeks
1 cup slices Parsnips
1 cup, diced Celery
8 oz Carrots
8 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 oz Oregano
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried

Recipe Directions for Sauted Vegies

chop all your vegies up get a nice sice pan or skillet pour the oil and herbs in first and warm the oil. Then add all the vegies and stir until cooked through should not take long.
