A delicious array of summer's bounty.

Recipe Ingredients for Sautéed Vegetables

1 Yellow squash
1 Zucchini
3 Green onions
1 Red pepper
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 c Fresh Basil
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Sautéed Vegetables

  1. Mince the garlic, dice the red pepper, slice the green onion, cut the zucchini into pencils, and cut the squash into little triangles. Heat the oil and saute' the garlic first. Add the other vegetables and add chopped basil last.

  2. Salt and Pepper to taste. I like to add sea kelp and red pepper.
