Recipe Ingredients for Sauted squash and mushrooms

1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup summer squash
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/3 red bell pepper
1/4 cup hot peppers
1 tsp Smart Balance Butter
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Sauted squash and mushrooms

Heat oil and smart balance in pan. Add peppers and mushrooms first then add squash. Saute until done. Season to taste
