Recipe Ingredients for Sautéed Spinach

1 package fresh spinach
1/3 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Sautéed Spinach

  1. Heat olive oil and garlic in a sautée pan over medium heat.

  2. When oil begins to steam, add spinach and cover.

  3. Stir occasionally, adding remaining spices.

  4. Remove from heat before spinach looks too soggy, and serve as a delicious side dish.
