Recipe Ingredients for Sauted Shrimp with Broccoli and Tomato

4 oz shrimp
54 g mushrooms, sliced
90 g tomato, chopped
38 g onions, slivered
42 g broccoli
2 clove garlic
1 t olive oil
1/4 t salt
1 t lime juice
1/8 t red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Sauted Shrimp with Broccoli and Tomato

  1. Peel shrimp, cut each into 3 pieces, toss with olive oil and minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Let marinate.

  2. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray and saute mushrooms and onions (sprinkle with salt) - monitor since no liquid. When onions softened add tomato and broccoli and continue to saute until broccoli turns bright green. Remove from pan.

  3. Add shrimp and garlic to pan. Saute until shrimp turns orange. Add vegetables back in to heat through. Add additional salt to taste. Sprinkle with fresh squeezed lime juice.
