Potatoes cut in slices and sauteed in olive oil and onions

Recipe Ingredients for Sautéed potatoes

1 lb of potatoes (peeled)
1 onion
3/20 oz of salt
0.01 oz of pepper
2 tbsp of olive oil

Recipe Directions for Sautéed potatoes

  1. Cut the potatoes into medium slices, which are boiled, but not be soft. The onion cut in Juliana, in a Saten stir-fry the onion with olive oil, add potatoes and salt and pepper.

  2. Skip for about 20 seconds, then serve with the main dish.
