Recipe Ingredients for Sauted Onion & Mushroom Soup

1 cup chicken broth
1/8 cup heavy cream
45 gram portabello mushrooms
1/8 small onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp parsley
1 pinch pepper
2 tsp white wine
2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Sauted Onion & Mushroom Soup

  1. In food processor, chop onion, garlic, parsley and mushrooms

  2. heat butter in sauce pan

  3. add onion, mushroom mix to hot butter and saute till onions and mushrooms are golden

  4. add chicken broth and wine

  5. add cream

  6. simmer to reduce
