Recipe Ingredients for sauted mushrooms

1 tsp light butter with canola
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup shallots, minced
2 2/5 grams (1/2.tsp) lite salt

Recipe Directions for sauted mushrooms

  1. Soak mushrooms quickly so they absorb a little bit of water. This makes them saucy without having to add more oil.

  2. saute shallots in oil and butter until tender

  3. add mushrooms and 2tbs white cooking wine

  4. reduce until cooked
