133 grams mushrooms
140 grams red peppers

Recipe Directions for Sauted Mixed Vegetables

  1. Dice courgette and peppers, slice mushrooms

  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan

  3. Cook courgettes for few minutes unitl just begining to colour then add peppers fry for 2 mins

  4. Add mushrooms cook until mushrooms are cooked through serve as a side dish
