Kale and tomatoes sauted with garlic and onion.

Recipe Ingredients for Sauted Kale

1 tbsp olive oil
3 roma tomatoes
6 cups chopped kale
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Sauted Kale

  1. Chop tomatoes and kale.

  2. Saute kale, garlic, and tomatoes in olive oil for 4 minutes.

  3. Add onions and water. Cook for 4 minutes, or until all liquid has evaporated.
