2 ears corn, off the cob
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 large onion, diced
4 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Sauted Corn as a Side

Saute all until corn is tender and sweet. Save tomatoes and rosemary for the end so they do not break down or burn.
