Recipe Ingredients for Sauted Chicken Breast

1 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 tsp. olive oil
6 oz. Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 tbsp. Rice Flour
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Sauted Chicken Breast

  1. Salt a 6 oz. boneless chicken breast on all sides, and coat with 1 tbsp. rice flour.

  2. Heat 1 tbsp. unsalted butter and 1 tsp. olive oil in a pan.

  3. Saute chicken breast for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until crispy and brown.

  4. Serve with a lemon wedge and parsley.
