Recipe Ingredients for Sauted Cauliflower with beef

700 g cauliflower
1 piece,+cooked,+excluding+refuse beef
1 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
10 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chile
1/2 cup cold water
100 g carrots
1 cube Beef Flavor Bouillon
45 g Coriander Sauce

Recipe Directions for Sauted Cauliflower with beef

  1. Poner en una olla con el aceite al fuego, cuando esté bien caliente agregarle la carne, mezclar y dejar que fría hasta que dore. Añadirle la cebolla junto con el jengibre y los ajos, mezclar bien. Enseguida echarle la cucharada de salsa de frijoles (soya), mezclar bien. Agregarle el ají, mezclar y dejar freír un momento.

  2. Añadirle el vaso de agua con la cucharadita de maizena diluida. Mezclar bien y dejar que vuelva a hervir para que espese. Agregarle la coliflor, mezclar y servir.

  3. Acompañar con arroz blanco.

  4. El aceite de ajonjolí (sésamo) se le pone antes de añadirle la coliflor.
