Recipe Ingredients for Sauted Baby Spinach w/ Honey

1 tbs olive oil
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 lb baby spinach
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp honey

Recipe Directions for Sauted Baby Spinach w/ Honey

  1. Heat oil, cook garlic until it's starting to go golden (1 min.)

  2. Add raisins & broth, cook until broth almost absorbed (1-2 min).

  3. Add spinach and cook, stirring, until wilted (3 min).

  4. Season w/ salt & pepper, drizzle w/ honey just before serving.
