Recipe Ingredients for Saute vegetables

2 medium Tomatoes
10 strips Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/4 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
10 strips Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1/2 tbsp Parsley
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 tblsp oil

Recipe Directions for Saute vegetables

  1. Rince and dry all vegetalbes

  2. cut, peppers, onion and garlic length wise. season with salt, parsley and splendor.

  3. place oil in skillet, allow oil to heat.

  4. pour vegetables in skillet and aloow to saute for 5-10 minutes, until onion is cooked. serve over your favourite meat or enjoy by itself with cooked rice.
