Recipe Ingredients for Sauté Spinach

2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Sauté Spinach

  1. Heat sauté pan on medium-low.

  2. Add oil, garlic (I use pre-diced garlic in a jar), and spices. Cook for about a minute, but stir often so garlic does not burn.

  3. Add spinach and toss until wilted. Serve immediately.
