A savory French inspired one skillet meal. Great with crusty bread and a glass of beer or red wine.

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage & White Bean Cassoulet

30 oz cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
30 oz diced tomatoes, including juice
19 oz turkey sausage, sweet Italian links
1 large onion, sliced thin
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Sausage & White Bean Cassoulet

In a large pan cook the sausages until they are brown on all sides, remove from the pan and set aside to cool. Add sliced onions and garlic to the same pan directly into the juices from the sausages, cook until slightly carmelized. Add tomatoes, beans and herbs and bring to a boil. Meanwhile slice the sausages into 1/4 inch slices and add back to mixture. Bring mixture to boil again. Salt to taste.
