2 tsp oo 1 lg onion, chopped 2 c chopped carrot 1 c chopped celery 1 c chopped fennel 1/2 c oj 4 oz light cream cheese 1/2 c chopped parlsey

Recipe Ingredients for sausage and veggies

2 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, sliced Fennel, Bulb
2 1tsp Olive Oil
4 oz Neufchatel
0.5 cup Orange Juice

Recipe Directions for sausage and veggies

saute onion until translucent, add remaining veggies until they begin to sweat. add ok and sausage, cover and simmer until veggies are fork tender. add cream cheese and parsley and cover another 5 minutes. serve over brown rice.
