Recipe Ingredients for Sausage and Veggie Soup

6 cups beef broth
5 small potatoes
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups carrots
8 oz italian tomatoes
1 lb sausage
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic
1 large onion
1 green pepper

Recipe Directions for Sausage and Veggie Soup

Cut all ingredients into bite size pieces and add to the pot. Cover with 6 cups beef broth and add spices to your liking. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
