Recipe Ingredients for Sausage and Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pie

4 link Breakfast Links Chicken Sausage
16 oz Sweetpotato
0.25 oz Unsalted Butter
1 tbsp Organics 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 clove Garlic
0.5 cup Frozen Green Peas
0.5 cup Frozen Sweet Corn

Recipe Directions for Sausage and Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pie

Cook potatoes in salted water. Drain and evaporate excess water. Add butter and syrup and mash. Preheat oven to 350. In a large saute pan heat the oil and add the onions and garlic and saute until translucent. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Transfer sausage mixture into a deep pie dish. Spoon mashed sweet potato over the sausage mixture. Bake until heated through and potatoes begin to brown around edges. Let stand for 10 minutes
