Green Peppers with a Sausage Filling

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage stuffed peppers

350 grams green peppers
5 oz onion
15 oz ground turkey - lean
15 oz canned tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Sausage stuffed peppers

Take the tops off of four green peppers. Clean out the seeds. Dice onions and tops of peppers and saute', add the sausage after 5 mins. Cook until done, add canned tomatoes and simmer. Add the meat mixture to the pepper "cups" and place in a baking dish with one inch of water. Bake for 45 mins at 350 degrees or until done.
