Sausage jambalaya without shrimp or chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage and Rice Jambalaya

13 oz Smoked Sausage
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 cup, diced Celery
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
0.5 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
2 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Parboiled, Enriched, Cooked
1.75 cup Vegetable Tomatoes Petite Diced

Recipe Directions for Sausage and Rice Jambalaya

  1. Cut sausage in bite size pieces and saute with onions, green peppers and celery until vegetables are tender.

  2. Stir in garlic powder, thyme, cayenne and tomatoes.

  3. Stir in cooked rice and heat on low 10 minutes. Serve.
