Recipe Ingredients for Sausage and Rice Casserole

24 oz Pork Sausage, Fresh, Cooked
1/2 cup, diced Celery
1/4 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 large Onions
2 packet Soup, Chicken Noodle Mix, Dehydrated, Dry Form
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Sausage and Rice Casserole

  1. Brown sausage

  2. Saute vegetables

  3. In a casserole dish

  4. Mix and add soup mix raw rice and 4 1/2 cups boiling water.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
