Recipe Ingredients for Sausage & Rice Casserole

8 patty, cooked (raw dimensions: 3-7/8" dia x 1/4" thick) Pork Sausage, Fresh, Cooked
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
4 tbsp chopped Onions
2 cup Rice
2.5 serving 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup

Recipe Directions for Sausage & Rice Casserole

Brown sausage on stove top. Mix in diced onion and celery. Simmer 10 minutes. Add soup, water, and rice. Place in 2 qt casserole dish. Bake 1 hr at 350 degrees.
