5 link Lean Turkey Italian Sausage
16 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 clove Garlic
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 cup, whole Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Sausage with Potatoes, and Vegetables

Put everything in a roasting pan, drizzle with olive oil and toss. Bake at 375 degrees tossing the ingredients occasionally until sausage is nicely browned and starting to crisp on the edges.
