Recipe Ingredients for Sausage & Peppers

5 serving Hot Lean Italian Turkey Style Sausage
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 T. olive oil
4 Hearth Hamburger Buns

Recipe Directions for Sausage & Peppers

  1. Heat pan with olive oil.

  2. Fry sausages on each side until golden.

  3. Slice sausages into chunks,

  4. Add peppers & Onions.

  5. Cook until onions are translucent & peppers are soft.

  6. Serve over Hamburger Buns.
