Recipe Ingredients for Sausage with Peppers and Onions

1 large Onions
2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
14 oz Gimme Lean Sausage Style
5 tbsp Olive Oil
5 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Sausage with Peppers and Onions

Cook sausage over medium-high in 3 tbsp olive oil. Set aside in a bowl after sausage is browned (reserve oil in pan). In remaining 2 tbsp olive oil brown garlic. Add peppers and onions (cut into strips) and cook until soft. Add sausage and mix together.
