1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
6 serving Wegmans Italian Poultry Sausage Links, Mild

Recipe Directions for Sausage, Peppers & Onions

  1. Gril sausage - once cooked, sliced into pieces.

  2. Combined with peppers & onions in a saute pan and cook until peppers & onions are cooked.

  3. Add salt & pepper when needed.
