1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
250 grams Organic Whole Wheat Penne
500 grams Pasta Sauce Spicy Tomato

Recipe Directions for Sausage, pepper & wholewheat penne

Saute sausages, then add in onions and peppers until carmelized and pasta sauce. Cook penne for 10 minutes and then mix with sauce
