Recipe Ingredients for Sausage and Pepper Heroes

2 serving Sabatinos Smoked Mozzarella with Artichoke Chicken Sausage
0.33 cup Onions
0.5 medium Red Bell Pepper
0.5 medium Green Bell Pepper
1 serving Balsamic Vinegar
280 cal Sandwich Rolls
0.5 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Sausage and Pepper Heroes

  1. Cook Sausage until browned about 5 minutes. Add onion and oil, saute until softened, about five more minutes. Transfer to a plate to cool.

  2. Saute bell peppers about 5 minutes. Add vinegar. Stir in sausage and onion mixture, stir to combine.

  3. Split in half and fill two rolls.
