Just as the title says. A fluffy concoction of eggs and vegetables. Good with salsa on the side.

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage, Onions, Green Peppers Omelet

3 large eggs
1/3 cup milk
3 oz sausage , chopped
2/3 cup onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 oz cheddar cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Sausage, Onions, Green Peppers Omelet

  1. Beat eggs.

  2. Mix in milk, sausage, onions, green peppers.

  3. Preheat a lightly greased skillet on low to medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture. Cover.

  4. After a few minutes, when the egg is starting to set, sprinkle on the grated cheese. Cover the skillet again.

  5. Wait till you see the egg is completely set and cheese is melted, then fold the omelet in half, cook for another minute or so, and you are done.
