Recipe Ingredients for Sausage and Mushroom Strata

10 oz Bread
16 oz Regular Premium Pork Sausage
2 cup Organic Reduced Fat Milk 2% Milkfat
8 oz Sharp Cheddar 2% Milk Reduced Fat
3 large Egg, Whole
12 oz Original
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 cup chopped raw Sliced Portobello Mushrooms Packaged
0.5 tsp Paprika
6 tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

Recipe Directions for Sausage and Mushroom Strata

Cut bread into 1-inch cubes and toast in over for 8 minutes at 400. In a large skillet cook sausage until done, stir to crumble. Combine milk, eggs, egg substitute and paprika. Grease a 9X13 Pyrex dish and then layer bread, sausage, cheese and mushrooms. Pour egg mixture over all. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and scallions. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours. The next morning uncover and bake for 50 minutes at 350. Cut into 8 servings.
