Recipe Ingredients for Sausage, Mushroom, and Olive Pizza Rolls

4 c. warm water
2 c. dry Cream of Wheat
2 tbsp. Yeast
1 c. sugar
4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp salt
2 eggs
6 cups all purpose flour
7 cups mozzarella cheese
1 pound pork sausage, cooked
8 oz button mushrooms, sauteed
6 oz black olives, sliced

Recipe Directions for Sausage, Mushroom, and Olive Pizza Rolls

  1. Combine ingredients and mix well. Let stand for 15 min. Add an additional 6 c. all-purpose flour. Mix for 10 min. in bread mixer. Let rise 20 min.

  2. Divide dough into 30 racket ball size pieces. Roll each ball out separately to make a circle. Add cheese and desired topping (no sauce is used). Roll dough up like a cinnamon roll and pinch ends to seal. They do not need to rise before baking. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Yield: 30

  3. No sauce is used

  4. These freeze well and are a great dinner for those nights when everyone is running in separate directions.
