1 cup Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
1 cup Colby Cheese
1 cup Soy Milk, Fluid
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Garlic
6 medium Mushrooms
1 cup Broccoli
12 ounces Turkey, All Classes, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Sausage, Mushroom/Broccoli Quiche

  1. egg whites

  3. cup 2% cottage cheese

  4. 1/4

  5. cup shredded colby cheese

  6. 1

  7. cup soy milk

  8. 1/4

  9. cup flour

  10. 1

  11. tsp garlic, minced

  12. 6

  13. medium mushrooms, sliced

  14. 1

  15. cup broccoli, chopped

  16. 12

  17. ounces turkey, sausage

  18. Directions

  20. Cook sausage and crumble.

  22. Cut mushrooms and broccoli

  24. Mix egg whites, cheeses, milk, flour, and garlic. Add mushrooms, broccoli and sausage.

  26. Pour into a greased 9" pie pan.
