Recipe Ingredients for Sausage, Mushroom and Broccoli Quiche

6 Egg, White
1 cup Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
1 cup Colby Cheese
1 cup Soy Milk, Fluid
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Garlic
6 medium Mushrooms
1 cup Broccoli
12 ounces Turkey, All Classes, Meat Only
