Makes 1 serving



Brown sausage and saute onions and garlic. Combine chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, lentils, onions, and garlic in a pot. Add thyme, parsley, oregano, basil and spinach in pot. Simmer until lentils are tender. Add red peppers to taste. If salt is needed use chicken boullion powder instead.

1 serving Muir Glenn Diced Tomatoes
1 serving Publix Sweet Chicken Italian Sausage
1 serving Swanson Organic Chicken Broth
1/2 cup fresh carrots
1 cup fresh Spinach
1 medium Onion
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Thyme, Dried
1 tsp crushed Red Peppers
1 tsp minced garlic

  4. 4 cans chicken broth

  5. 1 14oz can crushed tomatoes

  6. 1 pound dry lentils

  7. 1 tbsp oregano

  8. 1 tbsp Thyme

  9. 1 tbsp basil

  10. 1 tbsp crushed red peppers

  11. 1 tbsp Parsley

  12. 1 cup fresh spinach
