Sausage, Hash, Egg Casserole. Make ahead, cook in morning.

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage Hash Casserole

4 serving Fresh Pork Maple Sausage Links
10 medium Egg, Whole
3 cup Soymilk Plain
1 cup, chopped Onions
3 cup Hash Browns

Recipe Directions for Sausage Hash Casserole

  1. In frying pan, brown sausage until no longer pink and cook onions until tender.

  2. Mix eggs and milk together in bowl. Add hash brown potatoes and mix gently.

  3. Place egg & hash mixture into greased pan, then add sausage and onion mixture. make sure sausage is well distributed.

  4. Cover and Refrigerate over night.

  5. In Morning set Oven to 350. Pull pan out of oven and allow to come to room temp for 30 min. Then put in warm oven. Cook for 30-40 min. Until eggs are cooked through and edges are starting to brown.
