Healthy Sausage gumbo with vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage gumbo

3/4 lb sausage
1 yellow bell pepper
1 tomato
1 cup beef broth
1 tbs ketchup
2 stalks celery
1 cup carrots
2 cups brown rice

Recipe Directions for Sausage gumbo

Chope all vegetables, brown sausage in skillet and then drain in paper towel to remove excess grease,place all ingredients in slow cooker except rice, add seasonings to your liking, chili flakes etc let cook for 6 hrs on low, spoon over serving of cooked brown rice.
