1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 cups 1% milk
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  1. Cook sausage in cast iron skillet

  2. remove sausage from skillet, leave fat

  3. add oil and flour

  4. cook 1 minute

  5. add milk

  6. cook until thick and bubbly

  7. add sausage back in

  8. serve over biscuits
