Sausage gravy to go over biscuits

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage Gravy

1 pound sausage meat
3 cups skim milk
1 tablespoon Smart Balance
6 tablespoons flour
1 cube beef bouillon

Recipe Directions for Sausage Gravy

Thoroughly cook sausage meat, drain off fat. Squeese remaining fat from cooked sausage with paper towels. Melt Smart Balance in saucepan, mix milk and flour, put in saucepan, whish till smooth. Heat until just about to boil, add cooked sausage and crushed bouillon. Thoroughly stir until bouillon is dissolved. Serve over split buttermilk biscuits.
