Recipe Ingredients for Sausage, Egg & Cheese Muffin

2 english muffins
4 eggs, medium
1/2 cups milk
1/2 pound ground sausage
1 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Sausage, Egg & Cheese Muffin

  1. Cook 1/2 pound of ground sausage

  2. Toast 2 english muffins and place on 8 x 8 baking dish

  3. Scramble 4 eggs and mix with 1/2 cup milk. Add pepper and mustard to taste.

  4. Add cooked sausage to egg mixture-mix evenly.

  5. Pour over toast.

  6. Cook at 350 in preheated oven for 25 minutes
