Recipe Ingredients for Sausage Egg & Cheese on Biscuit

1 serving Buttermilk Biscuits
1 tbsp Regular Stick
1 large(46 g) Egg, Whole
1.5 oz Pork Sausage
0.125 oz Cheese

Recipe Directions for Sausage Egg & Cheese on Biscuit

With Pillsbury biscuit premade, fry 1 1/4" slice Jamestown mild pork sausage, 5min each side. When sausage is fried, remove to paper towel to drain, fry one egg, liberally seasoned with Old Bay?. Butter both sides of both sides of split Pillsbury biscuit; when egg is fried on both sides, lift egg and place top half of biscuit upside down in pan; place egg on top of inverted top of bun in pan. place 1/4oz slice of Great Lakes jalapeno cheese onto egg, then sausage then bottom of bun, inverted. Press downward firmly to compress and condense sandwich then place lid on pan, set timer for 2 minutes.
