Recipe Ingredients for Sausage & Egg Casserole

1 lb. low fat sausage
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can 2% milk
12 eggs
1 lb tater tots or hash browns, defrosted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Sausage & Egg Casserole

  1. Brown sausage and drain well.

  2. Mix soup, milk and eggs in a large bowl.

  3. Add crumbled cooked sausage.

  4. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.

  5. Top with cheese.

  6. Bake 10 minutes longer.

  7. Can be made the night before and baked in the morning.
