Christmas morning breakfast casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage/Egg Casserole

8 Eggs
3 cups 2% milk
8 slices white bread
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 lbs sausage

Recipe Directions for Sausage/Egg Casserole

  1. Brown sausage

  2. Place sausage in bottom of pan

  3. combine eggs and milk

  4. pour egg and milk mixture over sausage

  5. Slice bread into squares

  6. Layer bread over sausage mixture

  7. sprinkle cheese over mixture

  8. refrigerate overnight

  9. Cook at 350 for 45-50 minutes
