A simple and quick breakfast dish. We like it with Bob Evans Sausage and Fresh Farm eggs.

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage & Egg Casserole

1 pound Ground Sausage
12 Eggs
4 cups cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Sausage & Egg Casserole

  1. Cook ground sausage in skillet.

  2. Drain Sausage.

  3. To get extra oil out of sausage try adding 2 cups of water, bring it to a light simmer, then drain again.

  4. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

  5. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.

  6. Mix in cooked & drained sausage.

  7. Mix in cheddar cheese.

  8. Note that for a variety you can add fresh chopped vegetables at this point like an onion or tomato - taste

  9. Pour mix into a 9x13 baking pan.

  10. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
