Recipe Ingredients for Sausage Egg Casserole

4 biscuit Freezer to Oven Biscuits Buttermilk
8 large Egg, Whole
2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
16 oz Premium Hot Pork Sausage
16 oz Premium Regular Pork Sausage
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Shredded

Recipe Directions for Sausage Egg Casserole

Cook biscuits. Crumble biscuits and distribute on the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish. Brown sausage and drain. I use 1 lb of hot and 1 lb of regular ground pork sausage. Dice vegetables. Put sausage back in pan and saute with diced onions and diced bell peppers until vegetables are translucent. Set aside. Whip eggs and milk together. Salt and pepper to taste. Distribute sausage mixture over biscuits in baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
