This is a great recipe for holidays because it can be made the night before and cooked the next morning. Submitted by Mark Nelson

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage & Egg Breakfast Casserole

6 Eggs
2 cups Milk
1 tsp Salt
3 slices of Bread (Cubed)
1 pound sausage
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Sausage & Egg Breakfast Casserole

  1. Place Cubed bread in bottom of casserole dish

  2. Fry the sausage and place crumbled sauge on top of bread cubes

  3. Beat Eggs, milk and Salt Together

  4. Sprinkle Shreddded Cheese on Top

  5. Bake 45 Minutes @ 350 F (Until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean)

  6. OR place in the refrigerator and bake in the morning.
